2004 Mustang Cobra

The new pride and joy. Wanted one of these since the day they came out. Finally picked one up in May of 2008. It’s a Competition Orange Cobra; 1 of 281 ever made in that color. Bought it off of a navy guy who worked at Palo Verde nuclear plant, but the car was at his parents house in Seattle. Flew up and drove it back.

It has a 2.76 pulley, StainlessWorks cat-less exhaust (no headers), and an intake. Love the thing. All I have done to it since buying it is putting on H&R Race springs and ac427cobra’s bushing kit.

2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel

So, in the fall of 2008, everyone was still in shock over the $4.00/gallon of gasoline, the Lehman bankruptcy and the impending failure of the Big Three. While I was traveling back and forth between Arizona and Florida for work, I kept seeing insane discounts on big trucks. They were big enough that I decided to go for it. I test drove 3/4 ton diesel trucks from Chevy, Dodge and Ford. While Ford was my favorite, Chevy second and Dodge third, I ended up buying a Dodge because of the discount. The truck had an msrp of $46,000 and I bought it for $27,000. Even though it was my last choice, it is still a very nice truck. And you can’t argue with 650 lb/ft of torque. Plus it is very nice that diesel is back to $2 a gallon a couple months later.

1999 Jeep Wrangler

My first new car. I feel bad that I hardly ever drive it. Its got a 4″ terraflex lift, 33 inch SuperSwampers, 4.56 gears, and a locker in the rear dana 44.
